Get inspired. grow as a leader.

Transforming schools is hard work.

The Inspiration Project was designed to connect courageous educators with provocative ideas that can fuel their work. In early 2023, we’ll convene a cohort of education leaders who want to take this mission to the next level.

Over 10-weeks and five virtual sessions, we will seek inspiration from far outside of schools that might provide new insights to making change within education. For example, what can we learn about curiosity from trash art? Or about disruption from canvassing for trans rights?

Are you hungry to advance your leadership by looking outside the box? Then this community is for you.

(Note: The Spring 2023 Cohort is full. If you would like to learn about future cohorts, let us know!)

THE DETAILS

What’s the commitment?

The cohort will gather for two hours, every other week, for ten weeks. Each workshop will include a dose of inspiration from people and organizations outside of education, personal reflection, and time to collaborate and connect with peers to consider implications for your work.

We’re scheduled to meet on the following dates from 2:30 - 4:30pm ET to accomodate folks from timezones across the US: January 19, February 2, February 16, March 2, March 16.

How much does it cost?

We aspire to make Inspiration as accessible as possible and to distribute resources equitably between organizations we work with. Please choose the pricing option that makes the most sense for you and indicate your choice in your application. Note - the price you choose is not a factor in being chosen for the cohort. There is also an option to apply and let us know that none of these costs are feasible, but that you’d like to be considered if additional financial aid can be secured.
